I had a valve fail in my shower at 6 am on a Monday, warm water just pouring freely out of the faucet. I called Dru at 6:30 am when it became clear that a major repair and replacement was needed. I couldn't even shut off the water because the shut off wasn't in the house and I couldn't find it. He came over by 11 and found the water shut off (in the far crawl space, educational) and then proceeded to replace the pressure balance valve in the wall and install my new fixtures. It works great and looks great and I was so thankful that he was actually available and willing to help me on zero notice.
